Creating environments that bring out the best in people!

Over the past 12 years I have applied behaviour science strategies in education and charity organisations to create environments that support best performance and align organisational goals with employee and consumer behaviours.

My background includes a Master's degree in Education and a Post-graduate certificate in Organisational and Business Psychology. I am currently conducting research for my PhD through University of Stirling, studying the use of assistive technology as a tool for disabled people to build the kinds of lives they will love.

In education settings, I have applied behaviour science to my roles as a support worker, respite care provider, education specialist, teacher, teacher trainer, curriculum designer, consulting behaviour analyst, and staff management consultant.

In organisations, I have used an evidence-based, systematic approach to understanding performance and behaviour patterns in the workplace, which supports successul change management processes by analysing and planning relevant contextual factors to ensure behaviours which benefit the organisation will also benefit employees and customers.
